| 2006 | I have listed schedules which will allow you to do marathon in every state and DC without having to do two marathons on any weekend. This began as an exercise to satisfy my own curiosity. It was so much work that I have decided to publish it. I have no plans to attempt this but hopefully it will help someone who might actually be able to do this. | |
| 2007 | The 2006 schedule is just to show that it could have been done in 2006. The 2007 schedule includes a ? beside those dates where I could not find that the race has announced the 2007 date yet. I have assumed for now that the day will be relatively the same as it was in 2006. | |
| Since the Boston marathon
is not possible for most runners I created the 2007 schedule with
alternatives depending on whether it is included or not. In the cases where there are two races
listed on a weekend you would chose the second race if you want to do
Boston. This would have been impossible without the excellent data provided by marathonguide.com as well as Runners World Magazine. Send comments to gassette@mailcity.com. Enjoy! |

| 5/6/2007 Update - As expected, several races will be run in 2007 on different dates than first expected. I have updated the 2007 calender to reflect this. Several races had to be added. The new races and the dates of races that changed are in red. Races that have been elimnated are formatted with strikethrough. Only a few ? dates remain. |
